Australia Global College (AGC) is committed to provide students with fair, timely and equitable grievance handling process.
Before an issue becomes a formal Complaint
All are encouraged, wherever possible, to resolve concerns or difficulties directly with the person(s) concerned.
There are support staff available within AGC to assist students to resolve their issues at this level.
Grievance handling process for students
Any student can lodge a Complaints, Grievances and Appeals request for Academic or non-Academic issues. The nature of an academic may include issue about student progress, assessment, curriculum and awards in a course of study. The nature of non-academic is all other matters that AGC holds in relation to the student.
If any student student has a Complaints, Grievances and Appeals, we would like you to talk to us in the Reception. We will do our best to supporting you.
