This qualification will be delivered over 78 weeks, including:
- 60 weeks of training and assessment
- 6 terms of 10 weeks each
- 18 weeks of holidays
This program is delivered with dedicated full-time support:
- 20 hours face-to-face training per week

Language, Literacy, and Numeracy (LLN)
Possess Language, literacy, and numeracy (LLN) skills sufficient to complete the course, including:
- Reading course materials
- Participating in discussions and roleplays
- Applying numerical concepts such as time management

- Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
