Agent Agreements
Upon the successful approval of an Agent application and required documents, an Agent Agreement will be prepared for execution. This agreement serves as a formal document that outlines the terms and conditions of the agent’s engagement with the organization. By preparing two copies of the agreement, both parties can sign and retain a copy for their records, ensuring clarity and mutual understanding of the agreed-upon terms.
Upon execution of the agreement:
As part of our systematic approach, the Agent’s details, along with a copy of the signed agreement, will be entered into the Agent Database. This database serves as a centralized repository to maintain accurate and up-to-date information about our authorized agents. Additionally, the Agent’s details will be recorded on the AGC website “Link”, providing visibility and accessibility to stakeholders who may be interested in collaborating with or seeking information about our authorized agents. This ensures transparency and facilitates ease of communication between AGC and our agent network.
