General English is delivered across 6 levels from Starter to Advanced Level. This course is designed to improve a student’s general English skill across each level.
Students will learn the four main skills: reading, writing, listening, and speaking, along with grammar, pronunciation, functional English and vocabulary. They will be able to capture the skills week by week to further their communication and language skills in English.

This Program will be delivered on 20 hours face to face per week
Australian Global College has the following entry requirements:
- Must be 18 years old or over.
- Completion of Higher School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent.
Vocational Education and Training Courses at AGC
- General English Students who achieve an IELTS 5.5 equivalent grading are eligible to move on to VET courses at AGC. This will be assessed by ELICOS trainers based on formative and summative assessments, and also per the ELICOS trainer’s professional judgment.
